Manufacturing Process
Pickling
Removes iron oxide and impurities from the pipe surface to ensure a clean substrate.
Flux Treatment
The pipe is immersed in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a mixture of both to prevent re-oxidation and enhance coating adhesion.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
The pipe is dipped into molten zinc (approx. 450°C), forming a uniform and dense zinc-iron alloy layer.
